Harrison, who only recently moved from Class AA to Class AAA, held first-place Los Angeles to a pair of runs on five hits. LHP Matt Harrison will join the club to make his major league debut against the AL West-leading Los Angeles Angels. Harrison replaces right-hander Eric Hurley, who made his major league debut a month ago. Hurley has a sore left hamstring and is being pushed back. Harrison, 22, will become the fourth different Ranger to make his first major league start this year following Hurley, right-hander Doug Mathis and righty Scott Feldman (a converted reliever). Harrison, who was acquired in the Mark Teixeira trade deadline deal with Atlanta last year, is a combined 6-3 with a 3.43 ERA in 15 starts with Class AA Frisco and Class AAA Oklahoma this season.
