LHP Alberto Castillo had a forgettable major league debut, allowing a hit and hitting a batter without recording an out in the seventh inning. He was summoned from Class AAA Norfolk on Tuesday, taking the place of LHP Adam Loewen (elbow) in the Orioles bullpen. Castillo, who hadn't pitched for an affiliated minor league team since 1998 before this year, was 3-1 with a 2.05 ERA in 19 games with Norfolk.
